If I'm not feeling quite so inspired, I know the perfect young mad scientist locally I could inspire to take on making this. Before he could afford his own set of Highland pipes, he made his own smallpipes ... crafting the reeds by hand and the pipes via Home Depot. If he really applies himself, James Bond might have to take him down some day before he conquers the world.
