I can't believe it was "news" to some Scots. I thought more people would know about the real William Wallace and his character through what he did for a struggling Scotland.
When reading the "article" yesterday I missed the last paragraph... once again - typical Times. I don't know anyone who saw these miraculous leaflets at cinemas and I certainly never saw them myself. I wonder where they all went?

Mel Gibson calling some else a monster most amusing...
hello kettle, this is pot, how do you hear me over?
I enjoyed the movie and found it "entertaining", and if anyone thinks the majority of the guff coming out of Hollywood is accurate well...
And even worse, they are trying to make "Mad Max 4"...
sweet lord, milk that franchise till it cant give anymore...or make more rubbish films.

One recent comment on that same page reads: "Perhaps the modern iteration of the kilt was shaped and popularized 3 centuries later, when specific tartans were also assigned, but the great kilt goes back to the stone age all over not only Scotland and Ireland, but most all of Europe." [Sigh.]

I think Pizza Hut uses it for table cloths...
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

As I understand it, it was very difficult to get good pleats in bear-skin.
