Texas Renfaire Highland Weekend

It really was! Lots of friends, great weather, (if a little warm) plenty of kilts, and a big crowd! Biggest weekend so far, 35,000 people through the gates on Saturday.

I was at the Salado Clan Gathering and Highland Games instead. It cannot brag as many patrons as TRF. Pace Park was rained out as the initial venue; so, we were relocated to the Civic Center grounds, which were actually quite nice.

It was a load of folks! they opened all the parking areas, all the way to the campground. the centre section was full back to row 28, in sight of family camping!
