No fear in that dept. Rex. My scraggle is so sparse, I'm only able to achieve the look of a tramp wino when I let it grow. You're adoring fans will stay that way ;-) !

It's great that you took the time to talk with him about the kilt. The fact that he asked meant he was curious (and educable).

Well, when you've got that victor McLaglen kind of look not too many people mess with you.

OK....I had my wife take a picture of me. I stood as natural as I could (I never look at camera's, so if I look aloof, thats why. My Native American Grand Father taught me that.). I've figured out that I just don't smile a lot, so it makes me look like a SERIOUS grump. I think thats it..Gotta smile more! Sidenote: Before you bring the cane about my castellated Argylls as casual wear, please know that I pay no heed to rules when it comes to kilt hose.

I'm not wearing a kilt yet, but the other day someone had made a comment as I was walking to my work area (she couldn't see me yet). When someone asked how she knew it was me coming she said "He walks with confidence?" - that she could tell it was me from the way I walk. I had never really thought about it. I'm 6'0" 220 - but I guess the whole starting years of my life I was wirey and never gave it thought that I have become bigger over the years.

As far as growing a mustache. I'm like homer Simpson - I shave and leave the mirror with a 5 o'clock shadow. I shave my head and have a goatee - another reason no one messed with me in Southern California (Huntington Beach Area) - it known as a Skin-head Arian area... and looks-wise i guess i fit the bill

    Josh,

A man as tall as you will be intimidating to most regardless of facial expression. Smiling should help though.
