Yes, the sporran; if not, then close your eyes and think about England.....![Rofl](http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/images/smilies/rofl.gif)

Many eons ago, as a teenager, the sporran saved much embarrassment, even with very little in it. My suggestion to those who are not born wearing a kilt is to wear it in the home for several days to get used to the "feel" of it. This will make the transition to kilt wearing easier and give you the chance to adjust your kit to fit your comfort and needs.
During my teen years I marched with a pipe and drum band. I either carried the colours, or my back supported the bass drum. After the performances most of the band changed into trousers, but three of us who wore the kilt since our youth would stay in our kilts and go to a local church that had opened up a large room to be a teen hangout. We could play our music, both on the stereo and our instruments, as we were wont to do. Most of the time the kilted lads aprons were being held down by the lasses sitting on them. The magic of the kilt.

I find that heavy lead shot or even a dumbbell weigh solves the problem. Some folks require more shot than others.

Prick yourself with the kilt pin. Your problem should go away.
