Come on over to Flagstaff, Arizona. Cops there won't hassle you.

    Cops and kilts

Stop by the An Poitin Stil in Timonium Maryland some time after the Maryland Irish Festival. Wall to wall cops and other public safety types in kilts. No hassles whatsoever!

As a law enforcement officer, I can't getting hassled if someone else lifts your kilt - would a woman wearing a thong (or less) get arrested if someone lifts up her skirt? I think the person doing the lifting would be the one in trouble!

Long Johns in a kilt? Wouldn't that kind of give the game away to begin with?

Most of the time "the question" comes up, it seems to be older women. I don't frequent places where I'd be apt to be checked, but I have had ladies threaten to 'drop something on the floor".
