What to wear to dinner?

Got some plans for New Year's Eve. Talked my wife into us flying over to New Orleans for a long weekend. Dinner will be at Emeril's Delmonico. Recommendation is business casual "plus".

I agree with the general perception of the thread that a PC would be just fine. Also, New Year's Eve is, at least by my standards, a night to dress up rather than dress down. It's the one chance of the year to really wear what ever you'd like in whichever formal form you prefer. (It should, for perspectives sake, be noted that my family has been known to wear white tie in our mountain cabin on this festive day.)
