Actually, checks by dogs belong in the category "(un)fortunate kilted encounters with animals." Included, but not limited to, nosings by dogs, clawings by cats, nips by horses, goosings by geese, and buttings by goats. And if any of these are witnessed by people (or some reasonable facsimile thereof), then we reclassify the incident as a standard kilt-check, pursuant to meeting the criteria of Section 9(a)(ii)(@).
