What is your favourite tea?

I am also a huge fan of coffee, Peet's to be exact. But, once the sun is over the yardarm it's Either Earl Gray, Irish, or even green tea!

I like a good strong cup, and done loose with at tea ball is about the only way to go!

It's been a while since I've been to the shop to buy any of these, but hubby and I loved http://www.mariagefreres.com/

There was a Wedding Imperial tea that we especially enjoyed from them. Been craving more lately (we have a tea tin with that logo and that particular tea on it that I see every day in the kitchen)... just haven't wanted to fight traffic to go to that shop or see if we can find a closer one. It's more fun to shop in person -- they'd let you smell the teas and sample some stuff. Yum!

We used to drink a lot of Earl Grey, Irish Breakfast every now and again, tried Lapsang Souchon but found it a tad bitter, and now quite enjoy Tazo Chai. Not often we don't have a cuppa in the evening.

This is one of my favourite of the more interesting teas. I also enjoy a good Earl Grey or a green tea with fresh mint from the garden in it.
