I'm not admitting to any weight - but I'll have a go at 6 inches off the waist in 6 months.

Mind you when I say that my waist sucks - I am being literal - I see my waist shrink and then it expands - arms and legs get thinner - but only because the waist tries so hard to maintain itself.

It loves carbohydrates - I can eat bacon and eggs and mushrooms and tomatoes for breakfast, fish with salad, roast meat and veges for dinner, plus fruit salad for dessert and lose weight - but add in anything white and I gain.
