I don't think it's that bad. I mean, I would never wear it and certainly the crystals limit the function of where the owner would wear this kilt at, but by and large it's not half as tawdy as what some Americans do to the US flag when they decide to wear it.... And, this is to my mind, every bit as wrong. Someone earlier asked if there wasn't some rule against desecrating the flag like this. I know that in the case of the American flag, the flag rules established by Congress are very specific that the flag should not be an article of clothing, save flag patches in specific situations. I would show the same respect to any other nation's flag.
