I had a set of real issue Tiger Stripe back in the 80's playing paintball as semi pro and it had lot more white to it and no brown it was marked 1967 issue so it was the real deal. I was tall skinny racing and playing foll back then with a 30" waist so it was easy to get the real stuff for me.
back then a lot of teams use Tiger Stripe and a lot of German and Russian camo anything that worked better in the 7 acre fields of the US better then woodland.
I am familiar with the original Tiger Stripes and their effectiveness. The Woodland pattern was an offshoot of the Vietnam leaf pattern. Where I worked, Rhodesian blended in more effectively than the tigers.
