    Doctor who...

So, who just watched the second part of the Christmas/New Year special?

For those who haven't, here's a spoiler alert...

That was one of the most difficult, drawn out and upsetting regeneration scenes ever.
Sylvester Mccoy will always be 'My Doctor', but David Tennant was my favourite. I think the new Doctor will be brilliant since he's a great actor, but will it be as good?
He has some big shoes to fill!

David tennant is my doctor, but i will admit that that was a very drawn out episode and im still not sure what to think about it just now.

Hopefully this new doctor will be good but he does have some very big shoes to fill

The local Dr. Who fan club is having a showing/viewing of episode on Sunday. Not sure of the source. I'm looking forward to it.

I've loved Dr. Who since I first say it in the UK. Tom Baker is, for me, the Doctor. Take a look at: http://www.tom-baker.co.uk/

Same for me! But I saw it here in the States, when they first broadcast them. It was considered so unusual, they had Howard DaSilva narrate a voiceover to introduce the characters and plotlines.

I am glad you posted this. I forgot all about it. Turns out BBC America will run the show tonight with both parts. Fortunately my cable provider has BBCA.

I have to agree, Tom Baker is my standard. But, like all the actors that play James Bond, each brings their own touch to the character.

BTW, the Rector at my church has a Tom Baker scarf. I think I was the only one that noticed.
