I lived in Greenville, PA years ago (know Warren quite well as a matter of fact) and have been to Rocky's shop in Phoenixville. It is not a day trip! He is pretty close to Philadelphia, but well worth the trip in my estimation, check out the Black Lab Bistro in Phoenixville while you're there...

I am also in concert with the "go for the tank" attitude here. My first kilt is my best, and it is from Scotweb. I am very happy with the casual from Rocky, but I wouldn't wear it as you are proposing to.
