You may remember that last year Poland tried to ban kilts in the streets due to drunken and flashing Scots and not just in connection with football. Some segments of Scots seem to be drawn by low prices in Poland and unfortunately they bring their kilts with them, meaning that I as a (Danish) tourist should probably not think of wearing a kilt in Warsaw; or better, I go to places where these guys have not (yet) disgraced kilt wearing (and their country) and leaving us non-Scots with a burden/bad image.
