You pretty much have to sew your own. I like the foot-less type: much easier to sew, and you wear your own socks underneath:

The fabric is sewn on the bias (diagonal) and the seam runs up the bck of the leg.
No flashes! Garters of woolen tape about 3 ft long and an inch wide....

Contact Barkerstown Sutlers. They make bag hose for $30, though they are not shown on their website (see the miscellaneous button). I have a couple of pair from them, though I took a single hose apart and made a pattern so I can make my own now.

Excellent idea. A major reason I haven't gone kilted for so long is that I couldn't seem to wash my woolen hose without shrinking them. These, you could get away with washing much less frequently. Problem is, I can't knit. And $30 US plus shipping is too much to pay for a pair.

Wash your hose in cold water by hand and there should be minimal shrinkage. I've been doing it this way for years without a problem.

I handwash mine in Woolite, or in Sunlight liquid and dry them on fluff or low heat in the clothes dryer. I haven't noticed any shrinkage yet.
