Gee, sounds like we're all going to be somewhere hoping everyone else shows up, and wondering where everyone else is!
Now watch us all wander out looking for each other at the same time and missing everyone anyway.
Just so you don't miss me, I'll be the one in a kilt.

My wife and I, and some friends, will be there. For those that have never attended the NE Florida Highland Games, you really should make all attempts to come out; it's a top-notch event and getting bigger all the time.
Side note: No adult beverages are allowed/served in the event, but parking is right outside the main entrance (wink, wink, nudge, nudge, no waht ah meen??)

While I won't be at any arranged tent, I won't be hard to see, i have a very distinct look about me. I'm rather large, some say I look like St Nick{that does help, I've been one for over 16 seasons now} and I carry a rather large walking staff with St. Nicholas on the top, with his own cap. Of course it's red{the cap}
I usually can be found in the FOOD area. But will be looking for each and every one of ya good lads. I'll have me dandelion in me cap.

I'll keep an eye out for you, JolyStNicholas. I'll be in my Buchanan Hunting Modern tank (see my icon). Me and my group should get there early
(and I'll have Guinness in my car!)

That was a good games. Made contact at the clan booth and had a nice talk. I think I saw Kevin in a golf cart, but I'm not sure. That was the extent of my XMarks experience.
And my wife got some smoked turkey legs, one of the loves of her life. It's all good.

I just got home myself. I really intended to move about a bit more and meet more folks, but....the last three days have been a trifle wearing We began set-up at 8:00 am on Wednesday and I've been going all day, every day since.
I've found my work with the Committee to be very rewardng. I'm just a small cog in a big machine, but it's really impressive to see all the teamwork that goes into staging an event like this.
Again, I heartily encourage anyone with an iota of interest to seek out your local games committee folk. Chances are they are recruiting and will be more than happy to have your help!
