I hope one of you guys will take the time to explain how you can type Chinese off a QWERTY keyboard. Or do you have one of those 888 key keyboard things?

They're using the web. You can use this site, for example, to type something in English, translate it to any language, and then copy-paste it back to here.

Tobus, yesterday I neglected to personally thank you for the copy-paste information but consider that done! Last time I tried such a thing it wasn't possible and also they had to shovel extra coal in downstairs to take up the power drain of the PC vainly spinning its hard drive trying to cope.
