I used to work for the production company that produced American Shooter. The show had long been cancelled when I got there (Oct '07). I can say that there was no one there named Carlos Torres by the time I took the position. It's very possible that he was in CA or even NY. Often we sent the raw footage to contract editors elsewhere and they finished up production on the shows. Perhaps he was one of the contractors?
You might search linkedin or Facebook for Carlos Torres... Good luck finding him!

Sorry, this thread got pushed back while I was away from the PC world for a few days and I missed your reply. The show I see now is called Shooting USA and it has the same host as American Shooter, if I remember that show correctly, Mr Jim Schouten (I apologise to him and his family for the no-doubt bad spelling). Someone has contacted me personally to say they had probably found the Kilted Carlos on Myspace or Facebook, but I don't use those. Mostly I was thinking I had seen a Carlos posting here in my lurker days but that seems to have been incorrect. Carlos is film editor of the present show, seen on the Wild TV Channel here in Canuckista... here in the north. It plays in two different half hour segments and makes me long for freedom- must be a bad influence.
