Nice! James--in the Prosser video, your second WFD was SPOT ON! See how you're pulling that weight from your heels--and not having your arm on a more flat plane perpendicular to the ground.

As far as WOB in the Prosser video--looks like you just suffer from what we all do--you got gased at the end and tried using all arm strengh with no back arch and leg drive. 1/2 the way up you can see where you're trying to horse it and not make it all one fluid motion.
