Just my opinion but I know that if men decide to do "skirt checks" they go to the Steel Bar Motel. I think it should go both ways.

Kilt checks...love them
hahha ok - I am probably one of the few that think the kilt check is fair game and love them. Kind of feel that if I am wearing a kilt then I am bound to be asked "the" question so I just play back at them and say... "I don't answer that question but since you had the nerve to ask me...find out for yourself." Most of the time that makes them embarassed, cover their face and walk away. When they don't and they check...I enjoy watching the event of their face and those around.
As for kids being present...come on. So tired of everyone throwing the kids in front of their own discomfort. Kids do not care. It is the parents that don't want to explain. Turn away from the kids if it is an issue for you.
I do understand and respect those who are modest and those who feel this is 'assault' similiar to that if done to a woman. I am just more laid back about it personally when it comes to those approaching me.

They might not care, but the law does care.
