I have seen the kilt worn by at least one male member of Hector Russell staff in their shops in Edinburgh but have seen others in breeks.
But have not seen them in GT (either Royal Mile establishment - not having seen Howie personally) nor St Kilda (Nicholsons) nor in Anderson's in Dumfries.
Nor in the highland wear sections in Jedburgh, Moffat or Gretna Woollen Mills.
One wonders if they realise how much more business they could generate if this was rectified.
