I'm sure they stuck it in more as a joke than anything else, but it's nice to know that the kilt has gained a reputation for its comfort even among non-kilties. Comfort has become one of my top reasons for wearing the kilt. And heck, people who joke about it now may be more apt to try it out for themselves sometime down the road.
