The Easter bunny was extra generous
So, as the USPS predicted, my USAKilt arrived today! Hurray. I opened it up, and it was just as, if not, better then what I had hoped! (pictures below). The kilt was there, as were the flashes and a the usual extras (Invoice, care note, and a stack of USAKilts business cards). There was however, something extra. Underneath the flashes, was a, maybe 2, 2.5 yard by 7 inches swatch of Western Isle Tartan Fabric! Is it normal to get the unused fabric? Or was I just lucky enough to be given the remains of the fabric bolt?
Heres the pictures(forgive them, they are web cam):

Great looking kilt! I am eagerly awaiting mine (in the same tartan!) but it won't be long now... as of last night all the pleats were basted, and hopefully I'll be getting the call to come by for a fitting soon!

And you went foot commando! I applaud the most authentic choice.
I'd give something to have even a bit of extra material, would make it easy to buy custom hose over the internet and things like that. Me, they want me to dethread my kilt, which is scary.
