That's absolutely weird, I always wear a seatbelt when travelling by car but I can't see why this guy should need to wear one when he is seated in a room, perhaps the video is an April Fool spoof?

i cant see this being a spoof video somehow its way older than april the 1st its the best way to highlight to drivers the importance of wearing a seatbelt regardless of how far the travelling and i think the fact it shown at home also perhaps will make people think that its not just the victim of the accident that will be affected but the family and friends also
as the wee saying here a few years ago said "belt up" it`ll save lives
It was about family, people at home who love you. When the seat belt is clasped about the waist and shoulder, we can think in our heart, it's the one's at home whose arms are wrapped around you. They can wrap their arms around us in reality the moment you reunite with them. In the meantime, we can imagine it's them holding us in the seat of the car.
Go, have fun, don't work at, make it fun! Kilt them, for they know not, what they wear. Where am I now?
