The Wife's View
I love my husband in his kilt. :-)
While I heartily approve (from a female's perspective) of him going regimental, I did make a strong *request* (ok, it was a demand) that when we are involved in Scouting functions, he has to wear something underneath. He bought navy and black boxer briefs just for that purpose. Same rule applies for our 12-yr old son when he wears his kilt.
Both of us are Scout leaders, and we want to avoid this even becoming a potential issue!

I hope you're not embarrassed by a lady posting here, but I would second the men that go regimental.
In my mind, it's perfectly acceptable, and just a tad sexy to know that my man has nothing but shoes beneath his kilt!!
Go for it if you want! It's worth a try at least once.
