"Down a Country Lane" by Aaron Copland is a beautiful composition, which is not played very often.
If you use CDs of orchestral music, use recordings of real orchestras, which will usually be on a major record label. Those cheap CDs you can find at various stores are usually not very good performances, or they're overdubbed synthesizers which the musicians in the audience will notice at the first couple of measures.
