American source for a kilt jacket?

What size are you after? I know there are a couple of extras of the jackets and waistcoats Paul sent over floating around...

42R, for the shoulders, and even the "athletic cut" (or whatever they called it) jacket I have now had to be taken in at the waist...I saw that thread, guess I should go back and look at the jackets again. Anybody have pictures of them, "in use"?

Don't dismiss the possibility of having a nice jacket tailored. If you don't wear a very large size, you can find some very nice jacket/vest combinations at J.C. Penney and other such places that could easily be modified by a competent tailor at a very reasonable price.

I'll admit, I'm a little scared off by comments about pockets not ending up in the right place, and so forth...particularly when I don't know of any nice jacket that's not at least a moderate investment! But...if you have some pictures, examples, links to threads where a jacket was modified (shortened, cut away, pockets changed) without a lot of hassle, I'm willing to listen...I just don't want a cheap jacket turning in to a several-hundred-dollar boondoggle, when I could've picked up a nice jacket in proper form for a similar total cost.
