Good News and Bad News about our Storm Capes

Remember those fantastic oil skin canvas Inverness Capes made by Empire Canvas Works?

These are great items -- hardy, rugged, indestructible, and absolutely the perfect garment to wear with your kilt in cold or wet weather.

Well, first the bad news... I just heard from ECW and unfortunately, due to a problem with the oil cloth supply, we are having to discontinue this product.

The good news... we have two left in stock, a size M and a size XL. Since we are not able to order more, we have marked these down from $265 to $175 and are including the optional hood for FREE. We only have one each in those two sizes, so please take advantage of this limited opportunity to own one of these truly great items while you still can.

I, personally, own one and it is my go-to gear, whether I am in the kilt or not, for any time I need to be outdoors in inclement weather. Kevin Kenney at EWC, a fellow X Marker, does an absolutely fantastic job on these, and I'm sad that we won't be able to offer them in the future.
