Very difficult call. Both are right for the occasion, but there will always be someone who will not approve of your choice.
In the end funerals are not about the dead - they are about the living, the ones who are left behind. You are one of the ones who is mourning, so you should wear what is comfortable for you. Everybody else's opinion just does not matter.
