Who is in trouble,(the Doctor and the Don)

So what a tense week I have had - Last Friday my heart went out to Don Fabio Capello and hia squad of football misfits, Wednesday surely will be a great day in Slovenia!
But more importantly what about the good doctor, Saturday night was the penultimate episode of the present series with the ending equivalent to when John Sim returned in the penultimate episode of last but one of David Tennant's tenure as the doctor.
I would love to say what happened on Saturday night's episode but I remember letting the cat out of the bag from a previous episode and was truly villified on the forum for this.
So this is going to be a watershed week for me, how will I get thru it, Will the doctor survive? will Don Fabio survive?
PS the ABE t-shirt will be brought back out on Wednesday afternoon
