Rocky is the man!

I finally got around to wearing my new kilt. I am dressing it up next weekend for a wedding but I thought I'd wear it today for a while to celebrate the 4th of July!

It's a beauty, isn't it?

I nabbed the fawn balmoral from Keltoi a while back too...

BTW, I'll put some roundup on those weeds asap! I just got back from D.C!

I have that tartan and I receive complimentary comments when I wear it. Tomorrow there will be a local parade and I will wear that tartan in a casual configuration, i.e. hiking boots, hose pushed down, t-shirt. Last night I went to my high school reunion with it dressed up a little but not much as the event was casual dress. Black hose, red flashes, better shoes, and a plain red shirt. I also have a charcoal kilt jacket and waistcoat for a more formal occasion using the same tartan. Very versatile.
