You and Ann are in our thoughts and prayers.

I agree with every letter of the wise words above and with what Macman has said and from fairly recent experience I know it to be oh so true.

Take good care of yourself Alex and best wishes to Ann.

Hi, Alex – you and Ann are certainly in my prayers.
Pneumonia often carries people off, especially when they are in a weakened state. It is good to know she is on the mend. But I do pray that she recovers fully from the stroke.
Spend all the time you can with her. But don’t let it tire you out. She needs you to be yourself, not an exhausted wreck.
    Best regards,
    Mike

Alex, I know from experiance here that the prayers, best wishes, and smoke from the canyonlands help those in need. The prayers and best wishes of Joyce and myself go out to both you and Ann.

Our thoughts and hopes are with you and Ann. Take care of yourself as well, it is too easy to have your own health impacted by the stress.
