    At least you are in the USA and might be able to file a civil claim, it would be difficult for me to do this from Scotland.
    Our recent experiences would certainly deter me from ever ordering another kilt from the USA.

    I just looked it. A luxury cruise liner can be built in 17 months. In WW II Us shipyards were turning out Liberty ships at a rate of about 1 per month. There is no way a kilt should take longer than a ship to be delivered. Cancel your order. It seems Clansman knitwear exists in many different incarnations.
