Royal Edinburgh Tattoo 2010

Well we have just got back from a weeks holiday in and around Edinburgh, We based ourselves in Falkirk, went over to Glasgow for a bit of piping live and took in the Tattoo whilst in Edinburgh along with a few shows at the fringe. With two small kid most of out trip was taken up keeping them occupied! but over all i recon we had a good trip with top weather and i got the chance to go Kilted for most of the week

Great pics.
That first band, shown in your second photo wearing the MacBeth tartan is the Hawkesbury Nepean Valley Pipe Band from Australia who have been touring Scotland.
