Good point. I wonder if maybe he googled "kilt pictures" and saw all those shots from Braveheart and Rob Roy and just tried to reverse-engineer it from there. Of course, after reviewing it again(because I needed a good laugh) he never really says that it's a "proper" kilt, a costume, or what his purpose is. Maybe he just figured that those Halloween costumes don't come in "tartans" he likes. Who knows?
The grass is greener on the other side of the fence...and it's usually greenest right above the septic tank.
