Wow!!!
The rabble are usually very helpful, but you have to pose your questions in English and use punctuation.

I am thinking either he is either:
a) trying to find a kilt similar to the Flame Kilt from Pittsburgh Kilts or
b) was trying to find out how it was made so as to do it themselves

I'm going to revert to what I think is my default answer to any thread I have no clue how to answer otherwise:
Stillwater Kilts.
Edit: after having several co-workers reviewing this post we have cracked the code; this is what it means:
"Pittsburgh kilts is out of business but Jeff Morneweck still has pics of Craig Smith's professional heavy athletic two toned black kilt. I don't like the look of the flame kilt from SportKilt (Translators note: this "flame kilt" would be the alternative to the aforementioned "Pittsburgh Kilt" which is black and yellow). Does anyone have any advice on sites to go to? Thanks."
