    Good job KE,

it's too bad that there aren't more games that offer archery. Only one here in NC does (Loch Norman) and I try to get down for that every year.

What were the restrictions (wood arrows, longbow only, etc.) at the KY shoot, and what was the target set-up?

    Thanks,
    Bill

re-curve or long for bows. arrows were open to any. i was firing carbon and did okay. the guys who won were firing wood for the open and carbon for the mens.

start was 10 yards finish was 60. had to hit the target with at least one arrow, winner was last on hitting the target or a shoot out for closest to bullseye if there was a tie.

the first day i did a shoot out for the mens to take third and died at the 50 in the open, the second day i died at the 40 both sets.

Thanks for the info. At Loch Norman we're limited to longbow only and wood shafts, which is fine for me as I have a great Treadway longbow and I'm a custom trad arrow maker, so I always have plenty of ammo.
