thanx .... hey all im gogin to veinna in february gogin to the opera with the wife and im gogin to wear the prince chalrie with fly plaid....do u think they will let me in the door? as its tails and kilt and not tails a pants lol

Technically speaking, you should probably wear a doublet instead of a Prince Charlie.
I'm not sure I'd mess around in Vienna. They take dressing up for an evening's entertainment quite seriously there. It's a wonderfully old world city.

its not an opening performance so not a white tie occasion , so a prince charlie with fly plaid shoudl be ok...im hoping anyways..but im not wearing a clan tartan going all balck fly and kilt and silver bukcle and brooch black kilt hose

hey thanx,,, ya i piped back in ohio and PA with the maccullam highalnder , then with a mixed tartan band in VA wheni wa sin the navy now im in the irish prison service pipeband.....but giving the pipes a bit of a rest at the moment ... i take a break form themm once in awhile, but when i sold my last set and had none i felt so alone lol so i got another set ..its good to know i have pipes when i need them ,,ex/ funeral lol
