Quite a surprise

Every time I go out in a kilt, someone always wants to buy me a drink; and since it's rude to turn down a drink I always accept. int:

The young guys in kilts, get the girls; us old guys in kilts, get a free scotch or beer. I'm perfectly happy with that arrangement!

Which means that ideally, at some point, we kilted guys are both A) young enough to get the girls AND B) old enough to have a pint purchased for us

Although I fear the ACTUAL case is probably A) too old for the girl AND B) too young to get the pint bought

Speak for yourselves. I have had both the drink and an offer from a young lady the same evening. Of course I turned the young lady down, she was 10 years younger than my daughter

Another time it was a woman about 10 years older than me.....and she bought the drink which I did accept, the drink that is.

Everybody I know say that I'll never turn down a free drink (or a free meal for that matter!)
