Has anyone seen this particular variation of flashes for sale anywhere?

    Regards,

I did see something similar, and considered trying to make them myself. The appear to be Grosgrain ribbon, but folded into three section instead of the usual two. I will have to look it up, but I am pretty sure I found them following links from this site.

Same for me…That vendor has both double and triple loops. I got the triple loops and they look very sharp with my argyles.

    Fyi

Some years ago I bought argyll hose from that place out in Kansas (J. Higgins?)... and received, along with the argyll hose, flashes similar to this, but only two "hoops". They were a much heavier fabric than grosgrain ribbon; more like thick lightly ribbed cotton. Haven't shopped there in a while though...

    UP THE MACGREGOR (tartan)!!!

    Cheers,
    WG

I looked around and finally found the pic I thought were triple looped ones and it was just a set of single looped ones with one pair on top of the other. Those ones on eBay looked a bit wide, but it might have been the picture.
