It's been quite a while since he's been here, but Glassman spends a good bit of his time in a wheelchair and kilted. I would try pm'ing him.

    Thank you.

Since I was on here last, there have been several more, very interesting and helpful suggestions for wearing kilt and sporran whilst sitting in a wheelchair.

I have had a discussion with the man wanting to know and he has been so pleased with the great consideration many of you have shown.

Very interesting indeed and I will print off your responses for reference as people who use chairs are all different in mind, spirit and body.

I myself am wearing my nylon sporran as a cross-body bag as it truly covers my entire lap when worn in the traditional way.

I'm waiting to find a selection of boys kilts that do not cost a fortune. Need to see if one vendor has restocked the Black Watch sized for about an 11 year old boy. I've been told I'll like it for the dark and mysterious look! (: I use to worry that plaid would make my bum look too big but being here has eliminated that as a concern. (: Maybe some day I'll show my custom made sgian dubh worn in a pretty leather or lacy wrap. I'm wearing leggings and only same colour socks over leggings when the weather is real cold.
