    My first kilt!!!

Finally purchased my first kilt!!! I can't quit wearing it!!! It's a black khaki Utilikilt!!! Has 3 pockets. One in the back, and 2 side pockets. Bought it at Kommando Kilts at the Texas Renaissance Festival... Very comfortable!!! I have been wearing it all day today. So far 6 women have whistled, 3 sparked up a conversation, and one guy told me I have brass balls!!!

Second... Which is it? Black or khaki? I'm confused!

Welcome to the land of kilt wearers.

And yes, we do indeed have brass balls.

Well done, lad! Wear it with pride! And wear it the way you like. My first kilt was a olive Utilikilt Mocker. Damn comfy. I tend to wear my USA Kilts more often now, but the Mocker was a fine place to start. And I'm still tempted to pick up another Utilikilt sometime. As you'll find out all too soon, there's always the NEXT kilt to be thinking about!

Welcome from a Whidbey Islander currently residing in the middle of nowhere.

You'll find that kilts are like flypaper for women. Just one of many reasons to wear it.

from Chicago. I think you will find that the reaction you received is very typical for those of the female persuasion.
