I'm not a fan of eggnog, but when I was in college, we added a healthy dose of 151 proof rum to make it worth drinking. I would much rather drink boiled custard!

Ours curdled, too, but with a bit of a stir, it was drinkable.

Now, it be neat.
I my previous drinking days I really liked a splash of Irish Mist (Mead) or Hennessey, sometimes a wee dram of both.
Of course what would start off rather classy would usually end poorly with any kind of booze available; Eggnog and schnapps, tequila, or absinthe...sometimes really gawd awful concoctions like egg nog black Russians, or eggnog grasshoppers.
The absolute worst was one night all we had was eggnog and Cinnamon schnapps and a touch of everclear curdled pink fiery goo
Merry Christmas, Happy Solstice, and the best to everyone!
Cheers ith:

And here I thought I would be singled out in this! Sailor Jerry's is absolutely amazing, especially in the nog. Haven't tried with the nutmeg, though. I'll have to try it tonight.
