As your down south of me, you might look into the Tartan Lady Weaving Studio up on Denman Island, British Columbia.

I'd don't know if she's conducting classes anytime soon, but might be worth a look (I've always wanted to give this a go myself!).

I was looking at that, but it says "classes restarting in early 2009" so I have no idea.

Yes, I had been meaning to email her myself & find out what was what....just thought I'd toss it out there

Maybe, if a few of us from the Washington/British Columbia area were interested, we might pressuade her to get a class organized? (...just thinking out loud)
