Yes, with that tartan, you really can't go wrong. You have approx. 1700 (I'm exaggerating) possible combinations of hose/garter tie colors that will all look great.

That being said, I tend to lean towards dark hose and light ties. I wear some purple Lewis hose and pair them with white ties, and the effect is stunning.
