Charles Shaw Passes Away

Some of you may know Zellna Shaw "The Tartan Lady" she makes the wonderful Clan Banners.

It is with great sadness that I must inform you of the passing of her husband and our kinsman, Charles Shaw. He died at home in the arms of Zellna and was in no pain. For those of you that didn’t have the opportunity to meet Charlie, well all I can say is that he was a great man. He was loving and giving to all and he will be missed greatly. Charlie was not a Santa but had the heart of one.

I had the pleasure of meeting Charles a few years, ago at Grandfather Mountain. I have three banners from the Tartan Lady. Sorry to learn of this sad news.

I'm sorry to hear it.
I've corresponded with Zellna on more than one occasion about getting a custom banner made.
She will be in my thoughts & prayers.
