I have a pleat kick question that I've been meaning to ask, and this seems like as good a time as any.
The last two kilts I made have hidden pleats in the left apron edge, and when I walk both of these kilts kick a bit along that edge. When I stand still, the left edge lays down perfectly. It only pops when I walk. None of my other kilts do this, and they don't have a hidden pleat.
Is this kicking perhaps due to the hidden pleat? Has anyone seen this phenomenon before? Circumstantial evidence seems to point to the hidden pleat as the culprit.
Thoughts?

Know nothing about the technicalities of kick pleats, but I do know from personal experience that McKenzie Frain give superb service and pay great attention to detail....
