I must admit I have become lazy during the winter! I try to keep a routine of 4 workouts a week but I have started including shovelling snow as routines. That is lazy but I just can't help it! haha

Well maybe I'm a bit daft, but the other day I had it on and it snowed... so I shovelled. We do get a bit here in SW Ontario too.

Well, it is supposed to go up into the 40's (that's 40 Fahrenheit for our Canadian and European members...and just about everybody else, come to think about it) so it's all gonna melt and flood the sewers.
But with all that moisture back in the air...you know what happens if we get another cold snap...
SNOWMAGGEDON 2! THE WHITE STUFF IS BACK AND THIS TIME IT'S PERSONAL!

Michigan--where an increase in the temperature of 30 degrees, STILL measures less than the freezing point.

it was very personal when I was out there for another 2 hours shoveling...of course, I couldn't shovel my way out of the neighborhood and so I was snowed in. Turns out, snow days are fun -- and not just for my 5 year old.

Try a pair of golf shoes with the Old School metal spike for traction.
My Dad taught me that many, many winters ago. I just leave the old pair in the trunk of my car all year, for just such an emergency.
