    Question Special Days????

Okay, I love my kilt, I wear it whenever I can (particularly to Lodge events) and I KNOW that there's no time I can't wear it, but I'm also in a calling where I try to draw as little attention to myself as possible. My lovely lady agrees with that, and I think it's sage advice considering that my priest's collar already marks me as different....

    BUT...

Other than St. Andrew's day, Rabbie Burns' Day, Legion events, and Highland Games are there other days and events when they're more likely to be seen about town?

Good advice. I had already thought of Remembrance Day (Canadian equivalent of your American "Veterans' Day."

Victoria Day might be another appropriate 'special day' to be wearing your kilt.

In Scotland most weddings are kilted so I stand out less in the kilt, even with a clerical collar. When actually conducting the service, a cassock alb covers everything.
